The Blue Goose
Purchased in 2012, the Blues Goose was totally renovated with new everything. We were able to keep the historic charm of the building with original wood floors and trim work but brought it up to speed with forced air heat and air conditioning, new kitchens and bathrooms, and new siding and roof . This building features two, two bedroom units with laundry on site.
The Fancy Nancy brings a big city style apartment to the heart of Monroe. Located on the South side of the square, this apartment is within walking distance to just about everything. The 1 bedroom 1 bath space had a major over hall in 2013 that completely changed the floor plan. The renovation brought new maple cabinets, a new bathroom, and a huge rooftop deck. The apartment still holds some of it's original charms with hardwood floors and oversized trim work.
The Tic Tac is an efficient two bedroom one bathroom home with laundry on the main floor. This house has been recently updated offing a fresh spin on an old home. The back yard is spacious and quiet. The property also features a single car garage to park your car in the harsh winter months or use for storage.
The Slick Six is the perfect mixture of new and old. This six unit mid century modern building will take you back to a time when men wore sharp suits with slick hair and women were decorated with cupcake dresses and sweetheart hairstyles.
The Hip Whip is located above Monroe's historic downtown. This one bedroom apartment has all the creature comforts a person could want. Walk-in closet, large kitchen, and on-site laundry. This apartment has the best seat in the house during Cheese Days, Concerts on the Square, or just a lazy Sunday downtown.
Emerson Hights is our newest project. This sixteen unit complex will get a major over hall. Check back for updates!
Originally built as duck hunting destination, this property is a quintessential Wisconsin cabin. Mr. and Mrs. Schwartz spent many seasons nurturing this property and enjoying all the outdoor activities the Sugar River offers. The Schwartz Cabin was very primitive before a total renovation added water, indoor plumbing, and modern cooking essentials.
The Sugar Shack is the definition of a rustic log cabin. Built in 1907, this cabin possesses the charm that comes from building with work horses, hand tools, and hard physical labor. To this day, it was worth every blistered hand and sore back. This property has a reputation for being a place to kick back, relax, and gather with friends and family.
